Note on Wife: Mary Ann AXTELL

Not totally convinced that the Mary Ann Axtell daughter of Jonathan Axtell and Elizabeth Sturdy married in Q2 1869 to Frederick Aveling. AFO UK has a Mary Ann Axtell married to Frederick Aveling, but shows Mary's father as John and as a Tailor whilst Jonathan is a Turner/Traveller. However the birth dates of the two references to Mary Ann Axtell match up and there are no other likely candidates. Needs checking. [Jon Axtell]
